Dues are $49.00 + $1.50 PayPal surcharge.

** This year for 2011 we want to add a separate landscaping fund that will allow us to upgrade and enhance our Cumberland Hill front entrance.  These dollars will also assist us in the professional maintenance of these areas.  We are confident that these improvements will be in the best interest of all of our neighbors.
